Requests to the Takeover Board are to be submitted by post, telefax or electronically (art. 139 para. 5 FMIA).

For electronically submitted requests, the Ordinance of 18 June 2010 concerning the electronical submission in administrative procedures is applicable (art. 8 para 3 FMIO-FINMA).

Besides, the Swiss Takeover Board now provides the opportunity to officially transmit electronical submissions through the platform IncaMail of the Swiss Post (www.post.ch/incamail).
